Hi, this is Kenneth Griego at Tesoro Apartments in Porter Ranch building B306. My complaint is with the people in the office and the maintenance. The walls are disgusting. The carpet is filthy. The washer and dryers opened the third floor. Im never working. But were supposed to pay our rent every month that these people here are not taking care of nothing I guess the owner of this building is just worried about money and not taking care of this place. Im sick of it. I want something done.

Why is it I pay my bill on time and when I go to the office wearing a mask and someone is in the office now were in a mask and I put mine down and they tell me to leave but its OK for the people who work for to Zorro not to wear a mask but its not OK for the people who live at the Tesoro its a double standard isnt it

The nozel never shut off and kept pumping gas and not turning off. Many many gallons were all over me, my shoes, my vehicle, the pump station, the concrete and was running to other pump stations. My pants and shoes were covered in gas and my shoes were literally...
